If you are unprepared for such a situation, the problems could become far more problematic than originally thought to be. No home or business design is going to be immune to these problems. So it’s important to be prepared by putting together a survival kit. A well-put-together survival kit can be instrumental in keeping your family safe and comfortable during the worst storms of the year. • Maps of the area
• Emergency blanket
• Extra cash
• Board games and books

You can also consider preparing multiple kits for different situations, such as being in a car or stuck at work. Prepare ahead of time, and keep your family safe during the most dangerous situations.
